Thats freaking cool Ed. I dig that nostalga look!
On a side note... if you go down to the post with the second set of pictures of the completed bike and click on the first picture it takes you to image shack. Right above the picture in the right hand corner click on the "next" button. HeHe.

LOL, no idea why it links to that pic :-)

Picked up a little LED brake/turnsignal/tailight combo from amazon, and got it on the bike today. I put a batt headlight on it, but the engine has a 6 volt power lead, I may try to wire it in...The stock muffler had a cap held on with a screw, it rattled apart, but the kit retailer sent me a replacement right out, and GKR welded the old one all up better than new! I will post some new pics tomorrow of the lights and all. :-) It is a fun little commuter, gets a lot of attention! It rools nice at 25, much ore than that and it vibrates pretty good. I hope it will break in and smooth some, but 25 is fine for around hickam.

Ed and Julie together would fit in one of my jackets! (So Julie can polish Ed's pipe in private)

The turn signal/brake light box is a horn too! Pretty loud and obnoxious! And that is true Rob! Polishing pipe is best done in private!  thumbsup

Rear suspension bikes don't work so well, the arm hangs into the engine mount area. Just pick up a cheap bike :-)

I put my best mod yet on the bike the other night, front brakes! I got a cheapie side pull kit for a bmx bike, and it happened to fit perfect! The coaster brake was a bit spotty from 30 MPH! This is a lot better. I also replaced the cheap aquarium hose fuel line with some good year, as well as a new fram filter. I ironed out a few bugs, the throttle cable was so tight it was holding the throttle up, so I cut back the cable housing and now it idles out real nice. Of course, there are performance mods online, so I got a better plug/wire/air filter setup.

Now I am wondering if I could get GKR to fab up a set of poly engine mounts for it...I am sure it could be done :-) I might cruise it out to the bat cave this weekend, depending on how things go!
