Things will change around here if/when our track closes.  I have feeling scenes like that will be come more common.  The downside with street racing here is that the island is just too small.  Word gets out - people tell people - and then the races will get busted...  Heck, everyone on this island knows 4 or 5 HPD officers just in their circle of friends - LOL...  can't get away from it.  But I know the reality is that people will start doing it again.

Too much traction control, wide tires and not enough backward speed to build up the inertia needed to do a complete 180 maeuver

I bet that the increase in street racing will cause the track to receive funding and re-open.  All it takes is a couple of pissed off citizens, that hate street cars passing them at 100+ MPH, to complain.
