9-sec jigsaw puzzle!

« on: November 29, 2005, 04:08:22 PM »

This forum has a Calendar feature that allows everyone to see monthly events on one page.  The way it is set up is that any event you post on the Calendar automatically makes a post in this forum.  So if you want your event to show up on the Calendar, there is no need to make a post in here too… cool huh?

Here’s how:
1) Click the CALENDAR button towards the top of the page (between PROFILE and LOGOUT)
2) Click the POST EVENT button at the bottom of the screen
3) Fill in the blanks for the event, very similar to making a post
4) Click the Post button and your event will be entered on the Calendar AND a post will go up in the Events forum.

I think posting events on the Calendar is a good way to do it.  Please post up if you have a thought or suggestion.

Thanks!
Chad

Yeah, it was a quick lesson on the MERGE button.  When I put the topics on the Calendar, I then had to merge the 2 topics and delete my post.  I'll get the hang of this thing sooner or later!  Grin

Lots of events being added to the forum (awesome!) but none are being put on the calendar.  Please try to use the calendar feature as it makes keeping track of all these killer events much easier thumbsup
