Congratulations Anthony. Good thing you got a dad who is old school in cars and picks a domestic to play with. Also good thing you got parents who put their foot down as you grew up-you got a good mind.
Watch out for them speeding imports on the freeway-stay in the middle lane and drive speed limit and look in the mirror for that growing headlights!

Scott, show your wife the above. Sniff sniff. That is so nice to see a youth of today express appreciation. Most be the domestic car thing.....

Tony,

Uncle G-Man here...congrats again!  Grin You seem to have a great outlook on things...many kids your age don't appreciate their parents like you do.  thumbsup I'm glad you're able to drive now...just always be careful, because no matter how skilled or experienced you get, there are tons of BAD drivers out there. Shocked

Good luck, and see you at the race track...when and where, I don't know... shrug

thanks to everyone again..well, hopefully we can race somwhere soon. i really miss the race gas and all that good stuff as well as everyone.
as for dad's car, hopefully it will be getting totally rebuilt with maybe a new motor too!..this would be before i drive it again. then later hopefully we can get a few more projects which would consist of a '67-'69 dart that i always wanted..
hope all is well with everyone..aloha,Tony

Whoa Scott!!! Your boy mentioned that Mopar model thingy...he does have his own mind! You raised him well for thinking on his own though his choice of car is questionable.....

Kidding Tony! You are like me-straightline driver! Why? because you go for the lighter cars not like your pops! Yeah, Thomas got a good point there!!!

Russell, i was thinking about doing a project fox body....(with a chevy motor)!!!...no offense to ford guys..

as for the Mopar, i always wanted the '67-'69 Dart that i could put a Hemi, T727, and a Dana 60...oh wait, i forgot the F-2 Procharger with an Air-to-Water Intercooler!..thats my dream car...maybe some day i'll get it...

Hey Uncle G,
can i drive your car down the 1320!!...just wondering!..(even though it's probably never gonna happen)...
