Will this be a bracket or heads up event? Will interiors be required to pass tech and will this be a 16D only class? A bunch of us got a lot stuff left over when our track closed and may want to come over. BTW props to Gecko SS for the sweet flyer.

Dennis, how longs the track??? and what kind of track voltage you guys running there.... Our track was 55ft and if I remember somewhere around 15v. I know theres some bad dudes there. I remember when they came to Maui. Most of us here are rookies , it never stayed around long enough for us to get good at it. Not to mention I bet most of our stuff is out dated. But it would be nice to play again.

Wassup Mark,

The track we run on is 27 ft and we run at 16 volts. this weekend we have a race which will include .590, and .690 index classes and also a kids bracket for ages 12 and under. I've mentioned you to a couple of guys here and they remeber you from the days when they used to travel to Maui to race with you guys.

Bracket racng after the August event, that shouldn't be a problem at all. Let us know if that's something you'd like to do.

I guess its time to bring out the jig and start fabing some new stuff. My cars look so out dated next to the stuff I just seen. Thanks for the info. I'll try to get there soon. Mark

I remember going to Maui when the track first opened. I went home with an empty box, two cars I can remember selling was a 1/32 dark maroon 55 Chevy to a VW racer, and a green full size chevy with a camper but I forget who bought it.
